I. Payment Methods

  1. You may select products based on your personal preferences and needs, and place orders via Cash on Delivery (COD).
  2. For returns, please refer to the mall’s Return & Refund Agreement.
  3. If you have any questions after receiving the goods, please contact our online customer service in a timely manner. We provide 24/7 round-the-clock service!

II. Logistics Terms

(1) Shipping Fee

  • Free shipping on all orders; no additional shipping costs apply.

(2) Dispatch Time

  1. After a successful order placement, we will prepare goods in the order of submission, with a dispatch cycle of approximately 3 working days;
  2. Dispatch is not restricted by time slots. Delivery services are available on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.

(3) Delivery Time

After the order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is approximately 7-10 working days.

(4) Signing Instructions

  1. Please provide an accurate deliverable address and contact phone number when placing an order to avoid delivery delays due to incomplete information;
  2. Upon receiving the goods, please inspect them on the spot and verify the following:
    • Whether the outer packaging is intact and undamaged;
    • Whether the quantity of goods matches the order details;
    • Whether the shopping list is complete;
       
      Note: Do not unpack the product packaging before signing for receipt. If the outer box seal is damaged or torn, you have the right to refuse acceptance;
  3. If you are unable to sign in person, you may entrust others to sign on your behalf, and the authorized person must strictly comply with the above inspection requirements;
  4. Delivery couriers are only responsible for delivering the goods to the designated address on the waybill. Any person at the address (e.g., receptionist, family member) may sign for receipt, and delivery to a specific individual is not guaranteed;
  5. For risk control reasons, order information cannot be modified after payment confirmation. Please double-check the address and phone number when placing an order. We apologize for any inconvenience caused;
  6. Effective immediately, undeliverable orders due to insufficient information will be held by the logistics provider for 5 working days. The Company will notify you via email—please reply to the email or contact customer service promptly. If no response is received within 5 working days, the Company will arrange to return the goods to the warehouse and process a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

III. Return & Refund Policy

  1. Product Quality Issues: If the product you ordered has quality defects, you may apply for a full refund;
  2. Specific Rules: The methods and conditions for returns and refunds shall be subject to the relevant annotations on the product sales page and during the order placement process;
  3. Return Requirements:
    • Returned products must be kept in their original condition as shipped, including the product itself, gifts, accessories, packaging, and all accompanying documents/materials;
    • If a physical invoice is provided, it must be returned with the product, and you shall sign documents such as credit notes as required by relevant laws and regulations;
    • The Company reserves the right to reject your return or refund request if the above requirements are not met;
  4. Refund Assistance: If you apply for a return/exchange, the Company is unable to accept all/part of your order, or the contract is terminated/invalidated for any reason requiring a refund, the Company will handle the necessary documents (e.g., invoices, credit notes) on your behalf in accordance with relevant laws and regulations to ensure the refund process is compliant.

Q4: What should I note when inspecting goods upon receipt? A4: The key is to confirm that the outer packaging is intact. Goods with damaged outer packaging can be directly refused to avoid disputes after signing.
Q5: Do I need to provide identification when receiving goods? A5: No. Couriers are only responsible for delivering to the designated address; no identification is required, and any person at the address may sign on your behalf.
Q6: What if my order is signed for by someone else? A6: In such cases, you may contact the local customer service of the corresponding courier company based on the "Carrier" in the order’s logistics information.
Q7: How to check the delivery status of cooperative merchants? A7: Based on the "Carrier" in the order’s logistics information, log in to the courier company’s official website or APP and enter the tracking number to check the real-time delivery status.
